Responsibilities

• Together with the application users and the software development team, set forward a path to bring new features and enhancements to the application.
• Become an expert in how our applications work and how they are utilized by our internal and external customers.
• Understand our users’ needs and translate them into clear, small and concise user stories.
• Participate in scrum grooming and support the development team in creating tasks and redefining stories as required.
• Attend other scrum events as required (i.e., daily stand up, planning, retrospect, etc.)
• Make decisions on behalf of the business team to unblock development hurdles.
• Help prioritize the product’s new features development backlog.
• Assist with the development of documentation and training material as needed.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

• Good computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of a wire framing tool like Visio, Adobe XD, Figma or Balsamiq.
• Good understanding of SQL.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket is a plus
• Experience using TablePlus, Postman is a plus
• General understanding of the logistics industry is helpful.
• General understanding of coding practices using PHP or Javascript is a plus.
• Ability to work in-person at our O’Fallon, MO office a plus.
