We’re thrilled to announce that Flat World Global Solutions has once again been named a Top Workplace in St. Louis by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. This marks the ninth consecutive year we’ve earned this incredible honor.
Winners are chosen each year through a survey of company employees, conducted in partnership with Energage Corporation. The survey includes questions about workplace culture, including alignment, coaching, connection, engagement, leadership and performance — and the basics, like pay, benefits and training.
Companies with the best results in the survey are named Top Workplaces, broken down into three size categories. Flat World was honored in the Midsize Workplaces category, which includes companies with 150–499 employees. This year, Flat World ranked #4 out of 53 companies recognized in the Midsize Workplace category, making this achievement even more meaningful.
