Flat World Supply Chain Named 5th Fastest-Growing Missouri Company on Inc. 500

Posted On August 29, 2014

“We live and die by a simple mantra: ‘there has to be a better way,’” says Kirk Ferrell, co-founder and managing partner for Flat World. “We would not be where we are today as a company without assembling the right team and partnering with the right clients who believe in that mantra and believe in us. Today, we are grateful for having both.”

Founded in 2006, Flat World posted a 1,231 percent revenue growth and a 70 percent employment growth over the past three years. Flat World’s inclusion in the Inc. 500 this year is the firm’s first and places them in the same company with established, aggressively growing brands such as Go Daddy, E*Trade and Clif Bar.

“The external measures of our success are tremendous, and we are excited to be a part of the growing technology startup energy in St. Louis and in the Midwest,” says Jeff Rothermich, co-founder and managing partner for Flat World. “We see a bright future for the logistics and supply chain management industry as we create more efficiencies through technology.”
