ABOUT US & HISTORY

In 1961, George McGuire, a professional engineer by trade, set out to design the most reliable, structurally superior hydraulic loading dock leveler in the industry. From this initial design, Systems LLC was born. George’s focus on quality, reliability, and long life has been the central focus of all three of Systems’ dock leveler brands; Poweramp, DLM, and McGuire, and the aftermarket division of Systems, Allied Solutions.

More recently in 2017, Systems joined the Chamberlain Group, a global leader in access solutions. By joining LiftMaster, Chamberlain, myQ and other brands from Chamberlain Group, Systems is able to utilize additional resources and expand its offerings of loading dock solutions.

From state of the art facilities in Germantown, Wisconsin and Malvern, Arkansas, Systems proudly utilizes lean manufacturing techniques to produce the finest dock levelers, truck restraints, and specialty dock equipment all under the “Made in America” label.
