We’re excited to share that Flat World Global Solutions has once again been named one of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch’s Top Workplaces for the seventh year in a row, climbing to #4 on the list. This recognition highlights the fantastic teamwork and dedication of our employees.

What makes a top workplace?

You might wonder, what exactly goes into naming a company a top workplace? It’s all about the people who know best: the employees. Every year, Energage teams up with the St. Louis Post-Dispatch to find the top workplaces in the Greater St. Louis area. They start by surveying employees about 24 key factors affecting their satisfaction at work. These factors include things like pay, benefits, company direction, leadership and how much employees feel appreciated. For meaningful results, at least 35% of employees must participate in the survey. Energage then analyzes the data to score each company. This year, we’re proud to be among the select few recognized for fostering a positive and productive workplace.
