We’re thrilled to announce that Flat World Global Solutions was named a Top Workplace in St. Louis by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. This is the sixth consecutive year we’ve earned this honor.

Winners are chosen each year through a survey of company employees, conducted in partnership with Daugherty Business Solutions. The survey includes questions about workplace culture, including alignment, coaching, connection, engagement, leadership and performance — and the basics, like pay, benefits and training.

Companies with the best results in the survey are named Top Workplaces, broken down into three size categories. Flat World was honored in the Small Workplaces category, which included companies with fewer than 150 employees.
