Our team is celebrating today, and we’ve got a good reason.
We’re thrilled to announce that Flat World Global Solutions was named a Top Workplace in St. Louis by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. This is the fourth consecutive year we earned the honor.
Winners are chosen each year through a survey of company employees, conducted in partnership with Energage. The survey includes questions about workplace culture, including alignment, coaching, connection, engagement, leadership and performance — and the basics, like pay, benefits and training.
Companies with the best results in the survey are named Top Workplaces, broken down into three size categories. Flat World was honored in the Small Workplaces category, which included companies with fewer than 150 employees.
“I’m incredibly proud of our team and the work they do every day to provide excellence for our clients, to each other and in the community each day,” said Brian Wenck, Flat World CEO. “These accolades aren’t bestowed because of the efforts of one person or one department—they’re only possible with teamwork and dedication.”
Flat World has always been focused on a culture of excellence built on continuous improvement and profitable growth. That starts with our team, who earn competitive salaries, generous 401k matching, profit sharing, health insurance, training and more.
“Exceptional performance and client service start with teams of people who are fulfilled and motivated,” Wenck said. “We encourage our teammates to go above and beyond for our clients, hold our organization to that same standard, and in turn try to go above and beyond for our team.”
Congratulations to all of the other winners on this year’s list and thank you to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch for hosting the competition. Here’s to another year of delivering excellence both inside and outside of our organization.
