Our team is celebrating today, and we’ve got a good reason.

We’re thrilled to announce that Flat World Global Solutions was named a Top Workplace in St. Louis by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. This is the fourth consecutive year we earned the honor.

Winners are chosen each year through a survey of company employees, conducted in partnership with Energage. The survey includes questions about workplace culture, including alignment, coaching, connection, engagement, leadership and performance — and the basics, like pay, benefits and training.

Companies with the best results in the survey are named Top Workplaces, broken down into three size categories. Flat World was honored in the Small Workplaces category, which included companies with fewer than 150 employees.
